Our 6 week long 201 and 301 lesson series are led by our highly experienced coaches, who are ready to help you accomplish your climbing goals and take your climbing to the next level.

    Kick-start your climbing journey with the Boulder 201 course! This course provides new climbers with the necessary tools to get the most out of their bouldering experience, covering everything from fundamental bouldering techniques to injury prevention, climbing etiquette and -terminology.

    • For new climbers or those who want to freshen up on the fundamentals!

    • For those who climb blue circuits and up

    • 6 sessions/weeks, WEDNESDAYS from 7pm - 9pm

    • Class dates - August 7, 14, 21, 28 and September 4, 11

    • Each session includes a guided warm-up

    • Gym membership, punch or day pass required for each class

This course provides new climbers with the necessary tools to get the most out of their route climbing experience, covering everything from fundamental route climbing techniques to injury prevention, climbing etiquette and terminology.

    • Must be top-rope belay certified

    For those who are looking to take their climbing to the next level, Bouldering 301 is an introduction to high performance training. Geared towards intermediate to experienced boulderers (those who are projecting RED TAPE and up), this 6 week program will cover climbing specific strength/conditioning, hangboarding, Kilter/ Moon Board, periodization training tactics and movement study, among many other high performance training tools and concepts.

    • For those who climb RED circuits and up

    • 6 sessions/weeks; class dates August 7, 14, 21, 28 and September 4, 11

    • Each session includes a guided warm-up

    • Cost $195+hst

    Geared toward route climbers that are looking to improve, this course focuses on climbing technique assessment, project strategy, and route-specific training. Topics covered include warm-up/cool-downs, injury prevention, project strategizing, strength, power, endurance and general fitness.

    • For those who can climb 5.10 and up

    • 6 sessions/weeks

    • Must be top-rope and lead belay certified

    • Each session includes a guided warm-up
